urgent - tooltip message when user selects a particular cabinet in browsertree.jsp

Hi All,

I want to show a tooltop message whenever a user selects or click one particular cabinet.

I don't want to display the tooltip message when the user selects any other cabinet in the browsertree jsp

Is there a way I can achieve this for one component ?
