Restore deleted branch

Is there any way to restore a deleted branch in TeamSite 6.5 ?

If you delete a branch - it is deleted.
If you backed up your backing store before deleting the branch - you should be able to restore the branch from the backup following steps like this (WARNING: untested, may be missing something here):
