TS 6 404 Error

Hi,

When using surf and edit (smart context) in TS 6 to edit the a html page, the user surfs to the article, and clicks edit. The user then edits the document and clicks next to move the workflow along. At that point, a 404 page is displayed. The error logged in the access_log in /var/adm/iwui/ is as follows:

Has anyone seen this error before or does anyone know how to resolve it?
