Issues while starting Teamsite 5.5.2

I have installed Teamsite 5.5.2 and after installation i tried to restart the server and it gave me this error.

-- while trying to start the teamsite server.

License validation failed for Universal-eval licensing
because the encoded strings do not match.

License validation failed for node-locked
licensing because the encoded strings do not match.

The current system information is:

Platform = UX
Domain Name = sapient.com
Hostid (or MAC address) = 80f06136
Product = TS
Have you changed the Network Interface Card since you installed the Interwoven product?

The same key is working on another system.

what is this issue ? what should i do to solve the issue.

Hi Ashish:

TeamSite license keys will only work with one macid/domain. If you do not have access to the license generator on support.interwoven.com, you should contact the support department at Interwoven or your alliance manager if you are a partner.

Also, as ghoti pointed out - TeamSite 5.x has been End of Lifed, so you will need to start planning your upgrade to the 6.x platform immediately. If you are new to TeamSite - we strongly recommend that you contact our education department about receiving training and read the documentation carefully.

Do I smell a software pirate?

I used license generator on support.interwoven.com to generate a new Key. After getting the new key the TS server started but after that i tried to restart the server and it failed, giving the same error.
I don't understand why is it giving the same error inspite of the new Key obtained through licence generator.

The exact error it displays is,

If any of the information you need to enter when generating the license key changes, the key becomes invalid. So I'm guessing something on your server changed. You must generate another license key when this happens.
