Display Custom Help PDF File in D2

Hi,

We are trying to display custom PDF File on click of help in D2.

For this we have implemetation

1) D2CustomService which implements IPluginAction

2) The action which gets executed in background is : D2_ACTION_DISPLAY_DIALOG

On Help Menu added this action,event, class and methodName

But somehow the method inside D2CustomService does not gets executed on click of help. Does i need to implement any default service

in this class.
