We are facing a strange behavior of our application based on Webtop.
We use xPlore 1.2 and Webtop 6.7. Sometimes, when we delete a document, the document is not deleted in the xPore index. We performed the ftintegrity tool to ensure that xPlore and docbase are synchronized.
When a user make a search that retrieve deleted objects, we get an error on Webtop side. How to avoid this kind of error ? What is the cause of the error ? Is webtop looking for more information about the object when it retrieve the result from xPlore ?
