Upgrading Teamsite Server to Windows 2003

Al_SPT

Next month we are converting the operating system of our teamsite server from Windows 2000 to Windows 2003.
I was wondering if anyone has gone through the process of upgrading the operatig system on their teamsite server ? I'm looking for any tips that people could share with me to make this go smooth . For example Is there an Interwoven utility that can be used to accurately recreate the iw-server and the iw-home drives and all their settings on the new server? And...What specific tasks related to licensing keys do we need to be cognizant of to set up the new server correctly? If you have gone through this process and can provide some tips you may have learned along the way it would be appreciated.
