Unable to access Docbase via DFC

    Hello Exprts,

I'm unable to access Docbase from my custom DFC code, where was from same machive I'm able to login via dqMan.

When I access by code I get exception "DfServiceException:: THREAD: main; MSG: [DFC_SESSION_DOCBASE_UNREACHABLE] Docbase "XXXXX" is unreachable; ERRORCODE: ff; NEXT: null"

any reason for the issue, I cleared the cache.
