DQL length exceeds then 255

I have a DQL in format

select * from dm_document where r_object_id in (obj1,obj2,obj3,......obj3000) and any i_folder_id in (id2,id2,id3,.....,id3000)

while executing this query I am getting DM_SESSION_E_NON_EXIST_OBJ error.
