Detailed steps to write a TBO in Documentum

Hi ,

I am planning to write  a TBO on custom object type which I have created.

Can someone please provide me with the detailed steps to write a TBO and how to configure it in composer and how to install it in repository.

Please also provide with the sample TBO code which I can refer and implement in my case.
