Anyone knows where to find a visual workflow tracker in D2 or xCP2.x?

I have seen this feature in D2 3.1 and WDK based products but not in new UI products. It's a chart showing how the current workflow is going, how many steps have passed, but in a visualized way. I remember I've seen someone posted some screenshot-like stuff here featuring their work.

I'm not sure if those are what you are after. These flash trackers are what we have built for one customer. It can work with xCP2.x and D2 4.x equally well.

The current version has the following features:

List all running workflows of a specific user in a table
Show the status of a specific workflow in a visualized way, just like what the screenshots tell
Show the work history of a specific node, like who has completed the task and when
The workflow map is dynamically generated, therefore its layout is not confined to what it looks like in xCP Designer. Plus, the admin is able to beautify the generated workflow layout if the result is not good enough for end users
Integration with xCP 2.x and D2 4.x

Hello Sophie,

Our work is an application that need to be deployed onto an application server like tomcat and has an interface that is built on Flash. And because both xCP and D2 can integrate with outside URLs, the flash can be running inside the UI of xCP and D2.

BTW, what kind of technical details do you need?

This looks great, thanks for sharing. I am keen to see how this visualization looks like for a more complex workflow, that is a workflow which has activities with multiple triggers and transitions. Can it still maintain a straight layout and avoid overlapping edges for larger workflows? Will it be possible for you to share the algorithm you have used to find out of the position of each node (that is where the nodes should be placed on the screen)? Do you have some logic to come up with co-ordinates for the position of nodes which helps avoid overlapping edges?
