I am working on a legacy version of ApplicationXtender 5.3. Our Service Account password expired. The password has been updated in AD. I updated the domain account through AppXtender Admin. I have changed the password for the AppXtender Web, AppXtender Rending Service, and AppXtender Web Services. I have also restarted the process and IIS.
When trying to open the web application I receive the following error
Login Failure: Unknown User or Bad Password.
Previously the error was stating the password had expired. Where else do I need to change this password or what needs to be reset to bring our web application back online? The database is up and running. I can see three processes connecting with the sysop user account so it is just the web application that is an issue.
