Make user login “case insensitive” in Documentum

I want to make user login case insensitive on Documentum and i apply the below configuration on server.ini file and there is no result:

1. Add the “user_auth_case=lower” parameter underneath the SERVER_STARTUPsection of the repository’s server.ini on Content server

2. Restart documentum services on Content server.

Please, i need a help urgent.

are you able to login to DA with this configuration , which XCP version and patch you are using ?

I solve this by adding the parameter on the SERVER_STARTUP tag like as the below:

[SERVER_STARTUP]

docbase_id = ########

docbase_name = ########

server_config_name = ########

database_conn = ########

database_owner = ########

database_password_file = ########

service = ########

user_auth_target = ########

user_auth_case = lower

Then restart documentum service on Content Server.
