Trouble with deployments - Edition/Transactions

We had to revert to an old version of a file.

We created an edition and published it but the file did not get deployed - with transaction turned on.

We had to actually modify the file so it had a newer date/time stamp before it would deploy.

Is that a bug or just a bad feature ;-)

How does your OD coose the files ? TS difference ? Date Different ?

I think there is a flag that you need to have in your config file to revert,
by default OD does not want to update a new file with an old one.

That's it!!! We didn't have the right setting for older files in our configs.
