TS Search Metadata Labels

Hi,

In the advanced search screen of TS 6.5 SP2 you can search metadata fields that you have set up in the FieldMapping.xml file. However, in the dropdown that allows you to choose the metadata fields to search, the metadata fields are displayed as the TS Extended attributes label. For example, our Drop Down contains these entries:

TeamSite/Metadata/page_element
TeamSite/Metadata/master_metadata1
TeamSite/Metadata/review_date TeamSite/Metadata/disp_in_toolbox

Is there any way to change the labels for these fields on the advanced search screen? They are not very user friendly....

Just been reading through the UI customisation Guide 1.5.0 (as you do) and came across something that should help you - page 43 - "ContentCenter Advanced Search Screen Fields and Dropdown Labels". Basically it looks like you can customise the labels but if you customise any, only the customised ones will display so seems to be a case of leave it alone and accept system names or add customised labels for each and every one.
