patel
Hello.
How can we have our current installed WSMP Configuration Setup : Backed-up & Restored ?
We are planning to get NEW H D and want to maintain same environment.
What would be every check points for this concern ?
Thanks Much for every details.

I am not sure if there any way to backup configuration manager/library manager settings.
May be someone else could provide more details on this.

Not sure about the Web App.
For the CMS server, zip/tar the whole server installation and restore it on the new drive. If you are running the PM as a Windows service, uninstall it before making the move and reinstall it after you moved everything to the new drive.

On the webapp you could commit changes to your war file from config.jsp and simply move that to the new HD after installing Tomcat or the webapp again.

On Web Components, backup the Web Context directories (on tomcat <TOMCAT-DIR>/webapps/worksitemp and <TOMCAT-DIR>/webapps/workroute) and restore them later into the new Web Server in the new system (Restoring is easiest in Tomcat, just copying replacing the directories would work. You will have to perform additional steps for WebSphere/Weblogic)
Note: Generating a WAR file using the Deploy step in Web Configuration Tools would give you only the production WAR file. This WAR file would not have any of the configuration data/history and you cannot perform additional configuration from this WAR file. It is a not backup/restore mechanism.
