How to get DQL component access from DA

Hello All,

I am trying to get the DQL editor component from DA 6.7.

I tried following options.

Tools - DQL

File - Cntrl+About Documentum Administrator

URL ; <Host:port>/component/dql

No success - can someone tell me -what am i missing - is it neccesary to have Admin rights to get DQL editor component ?

Yes, by default the dql and api editor components are scoped to the Administrator role

Can anyone please let me know if there is a way to enable DQL and API Components, current being a System Administrator / Superuser also we donot see them?

We are using DA 7

Try restarting the app server (after clearing the cache). Role assignments sometimes can get cached and cleaning cache will resolve this issue.
