Has a newer version of apache been packaged with TS SP2 or is it still Apache 1.3.31 from SP1?

If you are talking about webd, then it is still Apache 1.3.31 from TS 6.5 SP1. We will be upgrading the Apache version to possibly 1.3.33 in TS 6.7.
