Content Storage folder unavailable for some time

Hi team,

Our application is running on a CS 6.7,on a Linux Server.

Storage folder will be not available for some hours on next days, due to un upgrade on the SAN.

Please,can any one let me know if there is any risk on case I don't stop CS services? Is there any steps to follow to preserve system integrity?

The thing is that we wanted to avoid stopping the repository. Is there any risk on that?

Hello Elena,

From a Documentum Technical Support perspective, we cannot advise you to go forward.

If you really do not have any other option, you should disable all jobs, make sure no workflow activities are running, no one interacts with the repository...

This is almost like avoiding to turn the steering wheel while driving a car. You might run into problems
