Process engine installing DAR files failed with D7.1

Hi,

I have D7.1 developer edition vm image.

I am trying to install Process Engine 2.2 on this demo-server.

This installation is not happening successfullt as it fails with query syntax error when installing CollaborationSevices.dar.

Error thrown in log file is:

[ERROR] FAILED QUERY: ALTER ASPECT dmc_room_aspect ADD

DfException:: THREAD: main; MSG: [DM_QUERY_E_SYNTAX]error: "A Parser Error (syntax error) has occurred in the vicinity of: ALTER ASPECT dmc_room_aspect ADD"; ERRORCODE: 100; NEXT: null

Please refer the uploaded log files taken from install process.

I have tried installing process engine 2.2 with and without patch.

Appreciate if anyone can help me on this.

Hi, did you succeed in doing this installation ? I am having the same issue.

No, I did not succeed. Might be EMC has put limitations on developer

editions.

I suggest you to create a separate environment instead of using developer

edition for upgrade or adding features to content server.

try installing MSVC++ redistributable on your server.

I had once this issue of deploying OOTB dars, and that corrected the issue related to dmbasic.exe.
