OD 6.0.2 Deployment Failing

We just upgraded our OD base to 6.0.2 last night and all of our receivers are still on 5.6. I tested other deployments and they complete successfully. But one deployment I am trying to run is failing...prior to the upgrade, everything was working perfectly. Here is the log information...we're on Solaris 9, by the way. Can someone tell me what may be the problem? Thanks in advance!

Because it is a filelist deployment, you have to make sure that your receiver has been upgraded to OD5.6 SP1 patch 1519. Is that the case?
