Hi All,
We have two environments QA and Production.
Documentum Env ;- 6.7 SP1
Client machine having :- Windows7 and IE8
From same machine and same browser as mentioned above the QA environment is working fine as we are able to open office documents but from production environemnt we are getting issue "unable to open office documnets". Please see Attachments document for the screen shot.
In the screen shot you will see "Previosuly Submitted Attachments" and after that label there are attchemnts (doc,docx,xls) any kind of office documents so when we click on that then we get error as per screen shot.
Any kind of help will be appreciated.
