Business Object and Content Object..??

What are the main Difference between Business Object and Content Object..??

A Content Object represents a document, and can have an electronic file attached. A Business Object cannot have content associated with it, and is used just for data entities.

Thanks.. and all objects inherit dm_sys object. am I right?

yes.

Business Objects inherit from dm_sysobject and content objects from dm_document.
