inline command to java cant find class library

i'm currently making an inline call to my java class and it cannot find my class library.

below is an excerpt from my DCT:

<label>Extra Field</label>
<select>
<inline command="C:\Program Files\Java\jre1.5.0_04\bin\java.exe -classpath %CLASSPATH% com.future.teamsite.fngames.CompanyTS" />
</select>
</item>

below is the error class i receive:
java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: com/future/teamsite/fngames/CompanyTS Exception in thread "main"

CLASSPATH has been set as an Windows environment variable as works when i run from a command line.

The Windows environment vairable CLASSPATH will not be available at run time to the inline command. Spedify your classpath in the inline tag or use a wrapper batch file which specifies the CLASSPATH.
