XCP1.6: ShowTasks of LogIn Role only in Tasklist.

HI Everyone,

In TaskSpace, the user can be in multiple roles and while the time of login, user chooses the role which wanted to get in. The Application tabs are displayed those configured for login role But in TaskList, all tasks are shown irrespective of login role.

For Instance, The User X is in roles RoleA and RoleB and login to the application by choosing Role A, Tasklist displays the Tasks of Both the roles RoleA and RoleB. Ideally this shouldn't be the case.

I have a requirement of showing the tasks of login role only, but not the tasks of other role, Could anyone please suggest if there is anyway of doing it? I dont have any WorkQueues Configured in the application. Appreciate your early reply.

You can build two Task List templates. Task List Template 1 Query should fetch only RoleA tasks. Task List Template 2 Query should fetch only Role B Task. Map these template to corresponding roles.

Thanks Sameer for your reply.Can you please suggest how can we add a search criteria based on a role and user specific tasks? the expectation is to show only the user specific tasks of login role. but shouldn't show other user tasks of the same role. Inbox type should be 'show tasks of current login user'. please see the attached screenshots.
