We recently configured load-balancing Netscaler, and now we are having problems with UCF, looks like it some sometimes looses session. Could somebody advice us how to properly configure load-balancing using Netscaler

My Citrix admin resolved it by setting the persistent connection mode to SRCIPDESTIP
depending on how your app server is configured, if it's using JSESSIONID as sticky session, you need to configure your VPX instance's persistent connection mode as such for request/response rule. I believe there's a way to enter a script to do that.
Could you please tell us exact kind of rule that we should use in VPX? I am not familiar with VPX, and our admin asking me about exact script
I wouldn't know the exact script; but I am aware that it is possible to do that, in virtual server configuration. Your citrix admins for netscaler should be able to figure it out.
