Issue with D2WFLifeCycleMethod

I am trying to use D2WFLifeCycleMethod method in workflow to promote document to next state in D2 lifecycle. I am getting the following error when I debug the process in Process Builder:

In BPM debug mode you can place custom class in: %DOCUMENTUM\DFC\bpm\classes\custom

I would say to get an extracted copy of the D2-API.jar (from %TOMCAT\webapps\D2\WEB-INF\lib) in this custom directory to make this work.
