TBO's in xCP ?

Hi All,

We are working on xCP 2.2 and we have the following business requirement,

"We should not create the document with same name". The user can import the document using 'Default import' wizard in xCP application and they might also use CMIS.

If i write Business/UI events or java service, I believe i can able to achieve from xCP, but how to tackle if documents are coming from CMIS.

Any help is appreciated.
