Send email from external method using D2 feature

Hi Experts,

We develop a D2 application but for some specific customization we develop an external method.

Now I'm trying to find a way to send an email when the method find, for a specific document id,

  a specific value in a registered table.

I would like to use some D2 feature as D2 Mailing list.

Is there any way to do it?
