Question for the group. We have a DCT that allows a user to choose a folder to import to (callout). We then take that chosen path and pass it to the OOTB import URL (CCI) to perform an import. We are simply trapping the onCallout even then opening a new window with the modified CCI URL

Here's the thing. We then want the actual filename that the user imported to be returned to the DCT, somehow. Is there anything available for us to grab from the Import URL? We also want to take into consideration the time it may take to import a document if it is large. We are considering another button in the form, after the import, that would use Perl to get the document. Is this my only option?

Any help/insight on this would be greatly appreciated.

I played around with it a little bit, but had no luck. You can provide a done_page for the import, but if you set the done_page to show_env.ipl, you can see it doesn't pass any information about the files imported. Maybe there is an undocumented feature or a way to hack the page to do a callback to your formapi, but I don't have the time to play with it now. Maybe someone else has a better answer, but it looks like you'll have to write your own script for uploads if you want to do this.
