apply_for_vd in D2CoreMethod

Hi,

I have a requirement to update security of Virtual Document to the value it was at the time of creation

Also i need to update the security of all child documents to same ACL

I was wondering if apply_for_vd flag has any role to play in it

Any thoughts are welcome
