Hi Team,
We are using Pathbuilder tool for migrating documents from Documentum 4.2.8c to higher version. The migration start properly and goes on. After certain point of time, It is interrupted by connectivity issues.
We are getting below errors:
DfDocbaseUnreachableException:: THREAD: WorkerThread#0[127.0.0.1:1094]; MSG: [DM_SESSION_E_RPC_ERROR]error: "RPC error 116 occurred: Unknown error code 116 (_nl_error_ = 0). Extended network error: 0"
[DM_SESSION_E_RPC_ERROR]error: "RPC error 104 occurred: Unknown error code 104 (_nl_error_ = 0). Extended network error: 0"
[DM_DOCBROKER_E_NO_SERVERS_FOR_DOCBASE]error: "The DocBroker running on host (fal026) does not know of a server for the specified docbase (medlive)"
[DM_DOCBROKER_E_REQUEST_FAILED_E]error: "The Docbroker request failed."

The tool again tries to reconnect to the server and ends up with below exception.

Workarounds tried:

1. Verified the docbroker mentioned in server.ini and dmcl.ini files. Both matches.
2. Tried of adding IP address and host name in the hosts file in the client. But no luck!
Any suggestions or fixes are welcome. Thanks in Advance!!
