Failed to create temp app registry

In time of creating or importing application i am getting this error. what to do?

I am using xCP2.2

That problem solved now but new one is here.

My pages (layout) are not showing. there is an error like "document contains no data". even when i am importing old application there also same problem with my all application pages.
