No Report Results

All of my report results show me the following message:

The query returned no results. Please try to generate another report.

This includes Quick Reports, custom reports, everything.

Any suggestions as to why I am not getting any reports?

Do you have event reporting enabled?
Is it enabled for the server you're connected to through the GUI?
(check the odbase.xml for Base Servers and/or the odrcvr.xml for Receivers)
(also - make sure that the server process was restarted at least once since the option was enabled)
