Hi All. We're having an issue with our new Citrix Netscaler/StoreFront platform regarding RSA new PIN recognition.
We've configured RSA on the Netscaler and authentication works just fine. But New PIN mode is never recognized by AuthMgr. A first time user will attempt to logon to the Storefront interface. They are then taken to the create a new PIN page. After they create it, they are passed back to the logon screen. Using the newly created PIN to generate their passcode, they get an invalid passcode error.
On the RSA side, I never see the new PIN recognition on the monitor. Only the error generated afterwards. Anyone run into this?
