@Akkii, I did as u suggested but not getting the desired solution...!!! after that one of my colleague suggest me to create new system user account and it makes the solution. thank for your response...

Yes i knw bt there patches also so in which patch are you facing this error
But for the work around re extract for the rar and also install Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 patch according to you system configuration i.e 64 bit or 32 bit
