currently we are working on a new Documentum architecture for one of our clients. The primary goal is to optimize the availability and utilization of the components in use.
Beside the content servers it is planned to run the xPlore indexer as a cluster in the future.
There are three options for high availability described in the documentation of EMC². The customer prefers the option in which the Xplore is operated as an active / active cluster.
I am interested how the Xplore can be scaled and distributed to multiple nodes.
Has anyone of you experience with the EMC² high-availability options and/or scaling of xPlore indexer?
