Viewing Sessions in High Availability Context

I haven't been able to figure this out so I thought I'd ask here.

We have some needs regarding viewing sessions in a high availability context.  The traditional execute show_sessions returns different results depending on whether you connect to the primary or secondary content server.  Is there a way to aggregate those results?

Also, is there a way to find out (via API, DQL or DFC) which content server a user is connected to?

Finally, has anyone else noted any issues with execute show_sessions?  I'm finding that even while I'm active in the system that quite often my session is simply not shown, either as inactive or active.  This problem seems to happen mostly with xCP.

I've got an SR open but EMC is dragging its feet so I thought I'd ask here since I figured someone else must have run into this by now.

Thanks for any help in advance!
