One of my user is having a problem opening Word docs from Desksite. I can open the docs straight from Word itself but not from Desksite. I can open any other types of docs, just not Word docs. Any thoughts on this issue. Thank

Could the App Setup be wrong at either the client or server level for Word? Things like "office" in the path instead of "office11"? That would be my first place to look. Maybe their Word is installed in a nonstandard location.
