Observation about DevNet's "auto-detect DST" option

The observation is that it doesn't work. Since the U.S. switch to Daylight Saving Time this past weekend, the time for me still appears as GMT -5:00. I'm assuming that since this option is available via the control panel, DevNet should "know" that the U.S. Eastern Time is now GMT -4:00.
