Create Button informs

Hi,

I need to have a calendar for my date field in the form.Whenever the user clicks the button, javascript calendar should pop up.How to create a button and link the button to the calendar in javascript.

You would use a callout in your DCT. An example of this would be:

In this example, dct_calendar.ipl is a Perl script which paints the calendar GUI and when the user clicks on a date in the calendar, Javascript sends the selected date to the form and the respective field is then populated with this date.
