D2LifecycleManager.apply session

Hi I am using D2LifecycleManager to promote document

Below is the code snippet.           

D2Session.initTBO(session);           

D2LifecycleManager mgr = new D2LifecycleManager(object);           

List configs = mgr.getLifecycleConfigsForNextState(                       object, targetState, "Promote", "");          

  if (configs != null && configs.size() > 0) {                                   

ID2LifecycleReturn actionReturn = mgr.apply(object, targetState, "Promote", null,   session, session, null, false);          

  }

The lifecycle stages have roughly 10 steps (including method calls (CDFSetAttribute, C2Rendtion), Mark, SetAttribute)

Everytime this code snippet is invoked, roughly 8-10 sessions are created This is causing an issue when we are doing bulk load since this snippet will be called roughly 100 times The sessions are getting swapped Any suggestions or insights are welcome
