Unable to Login through iDQL to Secondary Content Server

Hi,

We are using Documentum 6.5 sp3 and we have two content severs in HA.

We are able to logging in through iDQL to Primary Content Server without using the password but unable to do the same for the Secondary Content Server.

Please Advice.

I had similar issue and we found the problem was Privileged Client wasn’t set to Trusted Login for this Client.

Can you go to DA > Client Right Assignment > Privilege Client > Make sure the second Content Server is trusted.

how are you trying to connect?

you need to use the following format:

idql <server_config>.<docbase>

i.e. my docbase name is test and my first server config is test1 and second one is test2, then:

idql test1.test --> to connect to first

idql test2.test --> to connect to second.
