Hi everyone
I have configured a simple workflow in D2 which works fine functionally. The problem is that when the user is sent the task ,he cannot see the message and subject in Task details widget. Both the values are blank.
The values are configured correctly in D2 config interface. When email is sent corresponding to the task,the email message contains the correct subject and message.
I tried configuring the subject and message at workflow manager level as well but it didn't help.
Has anyone faced this problem before ? and/or can help with the resolution?

D2 4.5
CS - 7.2
App server - Tomcat 8.
