Problem with formsmanager

Hi,

Iam using worksitemp server4.1SP1 HFB5 and workrouteSP1 FB5 , initially template designer and formsmanager was working fine . Now Iam able to login template designer and able to see template which i have created from starting onwards. But Iam unable to login formsmanger .

formsmanager.log file is showing this type exception

but iam able to see the same entry in the database. Please help me on this.
