Composer - Conditional Value Assistance

Can we use conditional value assistance on standard attributes like object_name or a_content_type. We have a requirement where we need to provide a dropdown if user selects one particular format of a document. Please let me know if its possible to do it through configuration.

Yes, value$() function doesnt care if the attribute provided is system attribute or custom attribute.

Thanks Johnny. But it works only after the document gets created. It does not work during import screen. We need it during new document creation or import screen. I have used $value(a_content_type) in the query.

This is not true. There is a dependency on the ordering though. For example, if you have attr1 and attr2, and attr2 = $value(attr1), then attr1 has to come before attr2.

You will have to move your custom attribute to come after the a_content_type.
