Tagging Word Docs

Hello,

We are running Teamsite 6.0 on Solaris and we use MT 4.0. Currently we have set our processors to tag word docs and it works fine. However, from time to time our users are unable to tag files and we get this error message:

"There was a problem with metadata capture configuration. Please contact your system administrator. "

We are able to tag word docs but we get this on a random basis. I tried to see if there was anything different from these word docs and he ones that can be tagged. The only thing I could deduct from this research is that the docs that can't be tagged have macros because they are forms. Is there a fix for something like this?
Any advice would be appreciate.

For those of you having this same problem, you need to configure your preprocessor to handle word docs.
