D2 Uniqueness check not working as expected

Hi All,

We have installed D2 4.5. Uniqueness check is not working properly. If we have a uniqueness check configuration applied as the entry criteria in workflow task/lifecycle status in D2 Config, does not matter whether the query used in the uniqueness check fails or pass but the uniqueness check always fails and the activity also failing.

Can you please let me know if you face similar issue with D2 Uniqueness check.

Hello,

you should consider the underlying workflow process is separated from the D2 lifecycle. This means it may happen the lifecycle stops while the underlying workflow continues its execution. Considering this, you should rely both on the process configuration and on the lifecycle for having it working properly.
