Are you using a speccific insertion task, or has the default insertion behavior been modified?

The Text Layer Adder requires a template file specified as the first parameter. This file needs to be given as a UNC (obviously it is) and also needs to be accessible to the server, i.e., readable by the user running the MediaBin service.

Either this file is missing or inaccessible. Either make sure that this file is where it is expected, or modify the task.
