Creating Portal Hyperlinks in TeamSite

For all those that are using TeamSite to manage Weblogic Portal content:

How do I allow business users to insert hyperlinks into content? As you know portal hyperlinks are dynamic and are typically generated by the portal. I have found the following possible solution to link within a portlet:


<a href="<render:jspContentUrl contentUri="next.jsp"/>">here</a> to continue.

While this might work for intra-portlet links I also need a solution to link to other areas of the site such as other books or other pages. Does anyone have any experience creating such links?
